David Mucci is a licensed Illinois attorney who concentrates in Immigration, Family Law, and Criminal Defense. David graduated in the Top 16% of his class at Chicago-Kent College of Law, where he also received the PRAXIS Experiential Learning Certificate. The PRAXIS program honed his skills in legal research and writing, as well as transactional and trial-based legal work. While at Chicago-Kent, he twice participated in the Saul Lefkowtiz Moot Court Competition, a competition based around federal trademark laws.
David is a passionate defender of his clients' rights in Family Law. Whether it be divorce, child support, parentage, or any other family-based case, he recognizes that each spouse or parent has rights under the law and works to achieve the fairest and most just outcome. Elsewhere, he aids clients in applying for immigration benefits, including immigrant visas, green card renewals, and naturalization. He advises clients of the many possible outcomes and avenues to obtaining legal status and works with clients to find the best solution for their particular case.
Outside of work, David enjoys improvisational and sketch comedy, which he performed at the University of Florida and in small shows in Chicago.
